1. Overview

The Shadow Lust Witch offers handcrafted ritual oils, body care items, tarot readings, and digital content such as guidebooks. All offerings are created in small batches and infused with care, intuition, and intention.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, book a reading, or download digital content. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Product Use & Disclaimers

• All physical products are for external use only, unless otherwise noted.

• Ritual and self-care items are intended for personal, spiritual, and artistic use.

4. Allergen & Environment Disclaimer

All products are handmade in a private studio that may contain common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, soy, essential oils, pollen, dust, and pet dander.

While every effort is made to ensure cleanliness and safety, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment or absence of cross-contamination with animal hair, dust, or natural particles.

Please read ingredient lists carefully and perform a patch test before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

5. Tarot Readings (Live Services)

• Tarot readings are delivered live via Zoom, scheduled through Cowlender.

• You will receive confirmation and a Zoom link after booking. Please ensure you have a reliable internet connection and private space for your session.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance via your confirmation email.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours or “no-shows” are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Refunds

• All tarot readings are non-refundable.

• If technical issues prevent completion on my end, your reading will be rescheduled at no cost.

• I reserve the right to cancel and refund a session at my discretion if I feel the service is not a good fit, or if boundaries of safety, respect, or alignment are crossed.

Disclaimer
Readings are intuitive, symbolic interpretations designed to support self-reflection and growth. They are not substitutes for professional advice in health, legal, financial, or medical areas.

Confidentiality
All information shared in readings is confidential, unless explicit permission is given to share portions anonymously (e.g. in writing, Substack posts, or creative projects).

6. Digital Guidebooks & Downloads

• All digital guidebooks and PDF resources are designed for educational and inspirational use only.

• You are purchasing a personal-use license—materials may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

• Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable.

7. Orders, Payment & Shipping (Physical Products)

• Orders are processed within 7–10 business days, unless otherwise noted.

• Shipping is available within the United States only.

• Rates vary by product type and weight and are shown at checkout.

• You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• All sales are final for physical products, digital downloads, and tarot readings.

• No returns or exchanges are accepted.

• If your physical order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your name, order number, and photos. I will do my best to make it right.

• I reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order or service at my discretion if necessary to maintain safety, respect, or alignment.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content on this website—including product names, label designs, artwork arrangements, digital downloads, written materials, and branding elements—is the intellectual property of The Shadow Lust Witch and may not be reproduced, copied, resold, or shared without written permission.

Some design elements may incorporate public domain artwork. While the underlying artwork remains in the public domain, the unique combinations, modifications, and branded use presented through The Shadow Lust Witch are protected as part of our creative expression.
