All products are handmade in a private studio that may contain common allergens including (but not limited to) nuts, soy, essential oils, pollen, dust, and pet dander.
While every effort is made to ensure cleanliness and safety, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment or absence of cross-contamination with animal hair, dust, or natural particles.

  • You are purchasing a personal-use license—these materials may not be shared, resold, or redistributed in any format.

  • Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable products are final and non-refundable.

7. Orders, Payment & Shipping (Physical Products)

  • Orders are processed within 7–10 business days, unless stated otherwise.

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Shipping rates vary based on product type and weight, and are shown at checkout.

  • You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on physical or digital products.

  • If your physical order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us here within 3 days of delivery, and include your name, a photo along with your order number. We will do our best to make it right.
